Includability wanted to create a business model where impact was automatic, measurable, and meaningful—not just a once-a-year initiative. The Solution

Here’s how they do it:
- Employee Support Groups (ESGs) – Every time someone attends an ESG session, a farmer in Kenya receives support for their beekeeping business.
- ESG Giving Votes – Before each ESG, Includability pre-selects three B1G1 projects. Attendees vote on which project will receive an impact, making them active participants in giving.
- Business Engagement – Companies that partner with Includability know they are contributing to global causes, strengthening their purpose-driven approach to business.
Company-wide Integration – B1G1 is embedded into every aspect of Includability’s work, from community building to workplace culture initiatives.
