Masami is the epitome of ‘the power of small’ – she may be petite but she is passionate and power-packed. She is the guiding light behind almost every project at B1G1, from product design to member events to our team culture. Having lived in and traveled to over 30 countries across 5 continents, Masami’s experiences have given her a unique perspective on life and giving. PAUL DUNN
CO-FOUNDER
B1G1’s Co-Founder and the biggest cheerleader, Paul is a hugely respected and admired business leader who has helped make B1G1 what it is today. He’s a four-time TEDx speaker and frequently travels around the world, educating businesses about B1G1 and sharing inspiring business insights. Paul is also a member of one of the world’s leading think-tanks and has been honored with a Lifetime Service Award to the Accounting Profession in the UK (though he’s definitely NOT an accountant!). JEFFREY TEO
OPERATIONS and DATA MANAGER
Jeffrey is behind most of the management and operational tasks at B1G1, ensuring that we act in compliance with local laws and regulations. Being a spreadsheets guru, he also adds a strategic edge to every element of our operations. On top of that, he manages our company’s finances and sustainability, ensuring that we’ll be here to grow with you in the long run. Outside of work, Jeffrey loves travelling and absolutely LOVES food.
BRONTë WESTCOTT
MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER
Brontë oversees the Marketing and Member Experience areas of B1G1. She brings to the task a lightness that simultaneously has amazing depth, an ability to make the complex clear and a level of joy that people love being around. Her South African heritage and her love of swimming and running give her an inner strength that lets her see the (often) hidden potential of exploring new ways of doing great things.
JACK BLENKINSOPP
Partnerships Manager
Jack first joined B1G1 at the Singapore headquarters in 2016. He is now based in Belfast and manages the partnerships in Europe and the Americas (read: that's HUGE). He loves connecting with B1G1 members and businesses who are keen to learn more about the B1G1 movement. Jack has an amazing ability to build connections and friendships with people from all walks of life. He also loves coffee. A lot.

Rakhee loves connecting with people and building relationships. Outgoing and friendly, she’s always full of big smiles. Rakhee is passionate about working with businesses and helping them maximise their impacts. When she’s not talking about B1G1, you can usually find her spending time with her family and friends, at a Bollywood dance class or on a nature trail somewhere!
ELVIN MONICA
FINANCE AND OPERATIONS MANAGER
B1G1's longest serving team member, Elvin has seen the journey of B1G1 since the very beginning. She has grown together with B1G1 and has since become a mother of two children too. Behind the scenes, Elvin makes sure all your contributions and payments are managed properly and B1G1 team members are taken care of. Secretly though, she is a creative talent who produced many of the inspiring B1G1 videos in the early days.

A lovely new addition to the B1G1 Team, Ren is excited to serve the community of B1G1 Members and Partners around the world. When you request support from the B1G1 HelpCenter or write into the team inbox, you will often hear from Ren and you may even get to have a nice conversation with her when you need some help to get your giving going.
