The role purpose
Reporting to the CEO, the Head of Growth & Connection holds strategic accountability for the B1G1 Brand, Communications, Member Acquisition and Member Experience. Overseeing and working closely with the Member Acquisition & Growth, Marketing, PR and Worthy Cause (Charity) Engagement teams. This position will require strong leadership, strategic and inspirational thinking to maximize the potential and outcomes of Growth and Connection in B1G1.
This role will spearhead the implementation of dynamic growth and retention strategies to maximise B1G1’s global potential and realise the company’s strategic goals.
What you'll be doing
STRATEGY
Develop on-going business growth and retention strategies aligned to the B1G1 vision and objectives.
Continually identify and analyse new business opportunities and strategies.
Design and oversee the implementation of departmental business plans to guide and lead the business towards achieving its goals including revenue strategy, sales targets, digital campaigns, and community engagement.
Develop clear brand, communication (external and internal) and value strategies to keep B1G1 at the forefront of the social impact space.
Develop the strategy and continuous improvement of a contemporary engagement model that defines processes and procedures to engage, analyze, and remediate issues for both external and strategic long-term engagement.
OPERATIONS
Oversee the Member Acquisition & Movement Growth team, to ensure sales and partnerships opportunities are maximised and exceptional member experience is delivered.
Oversee the Communication and Marketing teams to ensure the B1G1 brand and footprint is continuously evolving, consistent, adding value and aligned to strategic vision and growth.
Oversee the Worthy Causes projects and engagements team, to ensure activities are driving recruitment, engagement, and effective management of this community.

The role purpose
The Partnership Manager will proactively execute the key sales and experience strategies to maximize business growth, exhibit fantastic brand representation and ensure an exceptional B1G1 experience. This role is accountable for all new and existing small to medium enterprise (SME) leads and Members within the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region and will operate as the point of contact for all SME sales and, with the assistance of the APAC Partnership Associate, member matters.
The Partnership Manager will heavily rely on developing strong relationships with businesses to build B1G1 brand awareness and successfully transition them into B1G1 Members, Partners and Ambassadors. This role is responsible for ensuring SME members are maximising their giving impact and are enjoying their experience of the B1G1 SME Program and being a part of the B1G1 Community.
What you'll be doing
STRATEGY
Support the creation, conceptualization and operation of key sales and growth development strategies related to the B1G1 SME program.
Support the ideation, development and execution of vibrant regional and global community engagement opportunities and events that inspire and transform the business community.
Support development of key projects in the B1G1 SME Program that help further enhance, grow and deliver on B1G1’s strategic goals.
OPERATIONS
Build, develop and maintain meaningful and long-lasting relationships with SME members to continuously grow the B1G1 Movement through referrals, additional B1G1 programs and partnership opportunities.
Support SME Members as required, throughout the member lifecycle, maintaining engagement and actively identifying opportunities for greater growth, engagement and impact.

QUALIFICATIONS
Tertiary level qualifications in Marketing or Communications and 5+ years hands on experience in Digital Marketing Management.

Extensive knowledge in marketing in strategies, channels, and branding.
Proven experience in successfully engaging with target audiences and creating marketing campaigns that engage, motivate and tell a meaningful story.
Experienced and proficient with Key notes/PowerPoint, Word, & Excel.
In depth knowledge of Social Media tools, SEO, and other web-based tools and resources with the ability to swiftly learn new tools and systems – IT Savvy.
