What do I need to book separately after purchasing my B1G1 Conference pass?

1. International flights to and from Bali

2. Airport transportation to and from the hotel; we will provide you with reputable transfer company details.

3. Accommodation for at least a three-night stay. The Grand Hyatt has provided us with very special room rates for the duration of your stay (starting from approx. US$180 per night for double/twin share inclusive of breakfasts). The special link to book on these preferential rates will be provided in the coming weeks.

Do I need a visa for Bali?

We do suggest that you check with the nearest Indonesian embassy or consulate. You can use the Indonesian Governments visa guide for up-to-date requirements based on your nationality: https://evisa.imigrasi.go.id/

Can my partner be part of the daily conference activities too?

Of course! We encourage you to bring your loved ones along so they can share in this life-changing experience and join you in celebrating this joy together.

We will also be offering ‘dinner only’ passes for family members who aren’t involved in the conference, but would like to join in at dinner time.

Can I bring my team members?

Absolutely! We’d love to meet your team members, and we’re confident they’ll leave feeling inspired and motivated to contribute even more to your business with renewed enthusiasm and commitment.

What will my child/children do whilst I'm enjoying the conference?

A dedicated kids' and toddlers’ club and a variety of engaging activities are available to keep your children entertained while you fully immerse yourself in the conference experience. If you would like more information on what activities are available at the kids club, please email us here. We will also be offering ‘dinner only’ passes for family members who aren’t involved in the conference, but would like to join in at dinner time.

About The Grand Hyatt
